Odaily Planet Daily News: Cross-chain settlement protocol Everclear announced the closure of its foundation, labs, and product development on platform X. The core reason is that although its solver-based cross-chain fund rebalancing model has reached a monthly trading volume of $500 million, user price sensitivity makes it difficult to convert into substantial revenue. The DAO will continue to operate and explore open-sourcing the protocol. If there are remaining funds, a CLEAR token buyback will be considered. Currently, the official announcement has not disclosed a specific closure timeline, asset handling plan, or subsequent arrangements for user funds.
