Odaily News – Jacob Creech posted on X platform stating that Solana will take the first step toward rent reduction next week, with Transaction V1 going live on September 9, and Slot time (block production intervals) will be further shortened. Solana plans to advance Alpenglow in October and will hold the "Scale or Die" event in November. Creech stated that once these changes are implemented, Solana's development will be completely different from this point onward.
