All signals came from DATUM miners sharing rewards through OCEAN, while signals outside OCEAN stood at 0. The 55% voluntary threshold can no longer be reached, and this does not constitute miner consensus. Saylor pointed out that OCEAN has set BIP-110 signaling as the default option, and the BIP-110 guide directs node operators to Bitcoin Knots and miners to DATUM, effectively functioning as a vertically integrated marketing campaign for Knots and OCEAN.
