Philadelphia Semiconductor Index surges by 9%

Odaily reported that, according to data from MSX.COM, the rally in the US stock semiconductor sector has further expanded, with the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index surging by 9%. The Nasdaq Composite Index is currently up 2.6%. Micron Technology (MU.O) has risen over 16%, AMD (AMD.O) is up over 15%, and Intel (INTC.O) has gained more than 14%.
