According to publicly available business registration information and disclosures by crypto KOL "Thinking Monster," Moon's Dark Side (月之暗面) has been renamed "Beijing Moon's Dark Side Technology Co., Ltd.," with its business type changing from a limited liability company to an unlisted joint-stock company. Meanwhile, Yang Zhiping has assumed the roles of Chairman and General Manager, with Zhang Zitong appointed as a director and Song Sijia as the head of finance.

The market typically views such a change as a "shareholding reform," a key step for domestic enterprises preparing for an overseas listing. Earlier reports indicated that Moon's Dark Side had sent shareholders a resolution for a Hong Kong IPO, with the listing potentially completed within six months. However, the company has not yet officially announced the timing of its listing.
