Regarding the number of shares allocated to strategic investors, the initial design typically follows the regulatory upper limit to provide a buffer. For CXMT's large-scale issuance, the cap for strategic investor allocation was 3.344 billion shares (50% of the total issuance), which could be adjusted later based on actual demand. According to reports, although the actual number of subscribed shares decreased, the total subscription amount from the 30 strategic investors remained consistent with their initial committed amount of 14.437 billion yuan.
