Iranian airports, bridges, and railway hubs in some areas were attacked by US forces
Odaily Planet Daily reported, according to CCTV News, that the port of Bandar Abbas in southern Iran was attacked by US forces. The attack is reported to be large-scale and has caused power outages in some areas of Bandar Abbas. The target of the attack was a communications tower. US warplanes also launched missile strikes on the Iranshahr Airport in Sistan and Baluchestan Province in southeastern Iran. Local residents reported hearing three loud explosions near the airport. The railway junction in Bandar Abbas was also hit by the US attacks, resulting in two injuries. Furthermore, a bridge in Bandar Khamir, Hormozgan Province in southern Iran, was also attacked by US forces that evening.
