Odaily reports that DeFi structured protocol Thetanuts Finance has issued a response regarding a security incident involving its Vault. According to preliminary investigations, the relevant Vault is an old version contract that was deprecated and migrated several years ago, and has no connection to any currently operating contracts or products. The team is continuing to investigate the details and will release a full post-mortem analysis report after obtaining more information.

Previously, Thetanuts Finance was suspected to have suffered an attack, with initial estimates suggesting losses of approximately $2.1 million.
