The Royal Government of Bhutan’s address transferred 533.2 BTC to Binance

Since June last year, they appear to have gradually sold approximately 10,451 BTC over the course of a year, cashing out $979 million at an average price of $93,738. They still hold about 1,750 BTC ($113 million).
