About $1.794 billion in stablecoins frozen, CZ says Binance user funds are safe

CZ thanked Tether and Circle for quickly freezing the relevant funds, with the frozen amounts approximately $971 million and $823 million respectively. CZ stated that he no longer manages Binance.com, but as a shareholder, he expects all user funds to be fully covered. Previously, Binance officially stated that it is investigating potential security issues and has not yet confirmed that user funds were affected.
