Serenity: Apple unexpectedly becomes an AI infrastructure beneficiary, with both OpenAI and Anthropic using Mac devices

Odaily Planet Daily News "White-Haired Stock God" Serenity stated that Apple is unexpectedly becoming a beneficiary of AI infrastructure demand. OpenAI is reportedly stockpiling tens of thousands of Mac mini and Mac Studio units for reinforcement learning-related tasks, and Anthropic is also renting Mac mini devices from Amazon to carry out similar AI work.

Serenity also pointed out that Anthropic has begun collaborating with Raspberry Pi to develop a new model hardware standard, but there is currently no news of OpenAI or Anthropic making large-scale purchases of Raspberry Pi devices for similar tasks. Serenity believes that some customers have turned to NVIDIA DGX Spark due to Mac's long delivery cycles, so Apple's advantage in related AI hardware demand may not be sustainable in the long term.
