Payward explores becoming a full-service bank outside the U.S., expanding into asset management and financial services

Odaily Planet Daily reported that Payward co-CEO Dave Ripley stated at the Wyoming Blockchain Symposium that trading, banking, and asset management are the three key areas of focus for the company. Banking services include payments, lending, yield, and custody, all four of which Payward has already developed. Payward's subsidiary, Kraken Financial, has obtained a Special Purpose Depository Institution license in Wyoming and earlier this year received a streamlined master account from the Federal Reserve, granting access to certain central bank payment systems.
