Odaily Planet Daily News DeepSeek has officially announced an update to its API pricing, adopting peak and off-peak pricing, with off-peak rates set at half the price of peak hours. Peak hours are Beijing time 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00 (all other times are off-peak). The new pricing will take effect at 00:00 Beijing time on August 17, 2026. (Jinshi)
