Iran's Supreme National Security Council: Strait will not reopen unless the US accepts Iran's conditions
Odaily News: Iran's Supreme National Security Council Secretary Rezaei issued a statement: "The United States is the creator of insecurity in the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz, and the Gulf of Oman, endangering the entire region by imposing an illegal war on Iran. The Strait of Hormuz will not reopen unless the US changes its behavior and accepts Iran's conditions. The US must end the war, release Iran's frozen funds, and bring an end to conflicts throughout the region, including Lebanon and Gaza. In addition, other conditions conveyed to the US side through intermediaries must also be met. If Iran and Oman reach an agreement on transit routes through the Strait of Hormuz, that agreement will be handled separately from the issue of the strait's blockade." (Jin Shi)
