Odaily Planet Daily News DeFi platform Solstice Finance has launched strcUSX on Solana, a structured product that allows DeFi users to gain exposure to the dividend yield and price risk of Strategy's STRC preferred tokens without tokenizing them.
strcUSX splits exposure into senior and junior tokens, with the former targeting a 7% annualized yield and the latter targeting over 20% annualized yield. If the STRC price declines, junior token holders will absorb losses first.
Users deposit Solstice's USX tokens into the vault and can redeem after a 7-day unlock period; immediate exits incur a fee. Yield is realized through changes in the token exchange rate rather than distributed as separate payouts. (CoinDesk)
