Permission granted: Ondo Finance’s Oasis Pro Markets can offer tokenized securities trading in the United States

Odaily星球日报讯 Ondo Finance has announced that its U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered broker-dealer subsidiary, Oasis Pro Markets, has received authorization from U.S. regulators to launch regulated tokenized securities markets and services in the United States under the oversight of the SEC and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The authorization allows Oasis Pro Markets to conduct tokenized securities trading in the U.S., covering over-the-counter trading, underwriting primary market issuances, private placements, and other activities.
