Philadelphia Semiconductor Index opens lower, then rises; Micron Technology up 3%

According to MSX.COM data, the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index opened lower and reversed to gains, with semiconductor hardware stocks surging. SK Hynix rose over 5%, while Western Digital and Micron Technology each gained 3%. ASML, Intel, and Broadcom also turned positive.
