US optical communication and chip sectors surged across the board, with Intel and ARM rising over 6%

According to MSX.COM data, US optical communication and chip stocks broadly surged. SanDisk rose over 16%, Western Digital gained over 13%, Seagate Technology added over 11%, Qualcomm rose over 10%, and Intel and ARM both rose over 6%.
