President Trump says he will make a "final decision" on Iran, possibly signaling approval of an agreement
Odaily Planet Daily News US President Trump stated on social media: "Iran must agree that they will never possess nuclear weapons or a nuclear bomb. The Strait of Hormuz must be opened immediately in both directions, free of tolls, allowing unrestricted maritime traffic. All sea mines (bombs)—if any—must be cleared (we have previously used our exceptional underwater mine-sweeping vessels to detonate and clear a large number of these mines. Iran will be responsible for the immediate clearance and/or detonation of any remaining mines—presumably not many!). Ships that were stranded in the strait due to our astonishing and unprecedented naval blockade—given that the blockade is now lifted—can begin to 'sail home'! The enriched material buried deep underground—sometimes referred to as 'nuclear dust'—is now being pressed under an almost collapsed mountain (caused by a powerful B-2 bomber airstrike we launched 11 months ago); this material will be excavated by the United States and will be thoroughly destroyed in close coordination and cooperation with Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency. Until further notice, no financial transactions will be involved between the two sides. In addition, consensus has been reached on other issues of far lesser importance than the above. I am now heading to the 'Situation Room' for a meeting to make the final decision."
