Amber International announces first quarter results; launches "A-Suite" Agent-Native AI Institutional Automation Platform
Odaily Planet Daily News: Nasdaq-listed Amber International Holding Limited (NASDAQ: AMBR) today announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of 2026 and officially launched the A-MM (Agentic Market Making) intelligent agent market-making infrastructure platform. As the first flagship component of the A-Suite agent-native operating system, this marks a further upgrade for the company, transforming from a crypto financial distribution platform into a next-generation operating infrastructure provider for the AI agent economy.
Amber stated that A-MM is purpose-built for token projects, integrating agent-orchestrated workflows, liquidity operations, execution infrastructure, and real-time risk transparency capabilities, aiming to enhance market-making efficiency, transparency, and scalability. The company expects A-MM to begin contributing revenue from the second quarter of 2026, becoming one of the future growth engines.
Despite the persistently weak crypto market environment in the first quarter, Amber Premium's core institutional and high-net-worth client base demonstrated high resilience. The company achieved a gross margin of 67.7% in the first quarter, maintained platform client assets at approximately $1 billion, and stable average assets per active client of around $1.2 million.
Michael Wu, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Amber International, stated: "The launch of A-MM represents Amber's transition from the distribution layer to the agent-native operational infrastructure layer. We believe that crypto finance will become an important financial infrastructure for the AI agent economy, and Amber is building the operating system that will underpin this new economic system."
The company also formally introduced its "Crypto for AI (C4AI)" vision and plans to host the inaugural C4AI Investor Day in October 2026. This event will comprehensively showcase the Amber Agents architecture, the A-Suite development roadmap, and the core operational capabilities of agent-native financial services.
