Trump claims the U.S. economy is performing strongly, with the stock market hitting 68 new all-time highs since he took office
Odaily Planet Daily News: During today's cabinet meeting, Trump stated that the U.S. economy has continued to improve under his administration and emphasized that average households, pension accounts, and capital markets have all benefited.
Trump said that the average tax refund for American households this year is "close to $5,000," and noted that since he took office, the U.S. stock market has hit new all-time highs 68 times.
Additionally, he stated that the average balance of Americans' 401(k) retirement accounts has grown by nearly $30,000, adding that "The Americans are benefiting."
Market observers believe that the Trump administration has been continuously reinforcing the 'economy and market performance' narrative in recent times, attempting to highlight the positive impacts of rising capital markets, increased household wealth, and tax policies. (Fox News)
