The statement said that the UAE reiterates that its relationship with Israel is open and transparent, conducted within the well-known and officially announced framework of the Abraham Accords, and is not based on any opaque or unofficial arrangements. Therefore, any claims about undisclosed visits or unrevealed arrangements are unfounded unless formally announced by the relevant UAE authorities. On the evening of May 13 local time, the Israeli Prime Minister's Office issued a statement claiming that during the "Roaring Lion" military operation, Prime Minister Netanyahu secretly visited the United Arab Emirates and met with UAE President Mohammed. The statement said that "this visit led to a historic breakthrough in relations between Israel and the UAE."
