The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index has surged 9%, and the Nasdaq Composite Index is currently up 2.6%. Micron Technology (MU.O) rose over 16%, AMD (AMD.O) rose over 15%, and Intel (INTC.O) rose over 14%.
