Liu Ren, a key member of the Chen Zhi criminal syndicate, repatriated to China

According to investigations, in 2016, Chen Zhi directed Liu Ren and others to establish the Jinbei Group in Cambodia, operating multiple online gambling platforms. Since 2020, the Jinbei Group has been running telecom fraud园区 in Cambodia, massively perpetrating telecom and online fraud crimes, involving an especially huge amount of money. Additionally, Liu Ren is also suspected of serious violent crimes such as illegal detention and intentional injury.
