Odaily Planet Daily News According to Gate data, international oil prices fell in short-term trading, with WTI crude oil futures dropping 4.25% to $99.727 per barrel; Brent crude oil futures fell 4.05% to $106.768 per barrel. Crude oil futures declined rapidly, with the main contract of low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) plummeting 4.00% during the day, now at 5,007.00 yuan per ton. The main SC crude oil futures contract fell over 3%, while the main contracts of fuel oil and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) both fell over 2%.
Spot gold surged nearly $30 in short-term trading, reaching a high of $4,502.89 per ounce.
