Iranian Official: The U.S. Military Cannot Open the Strait of Hormuz Even with All Military Means

Odaily News, May 6 (local time) – Hazirian, a member of the Iranian Islamic Consultative Assembly's National Security Committee, stated in an interview that on the previous evening, the U.S. military attempted to launch a large-scale military operation in the Strait of Hormuz. However, due to Iran's stronger counterattack, the United States was forced to announce the cessation of the operation. Hazirian also stated that this proves that even if the U.S. Central Command deploys all its military capabilities, they cannot open the Strait of Hormuz.
