Iran has released a new map of the Strait of Hormuz region

Odaily Planet Daily News The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy of Iran released a new map of the Strait of Hormuz region on the same day. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy stated that the new area of the Strait of Hormuz controlled and managed by the Iranian armed forces is defined as follows: the southern boundary is the line connecting Kuh-e Mobarak in Iran with the southern part of Fujairah in the UAE; the western boundary is the line connecting the end of Qeshm Island in Iran with Umm Al Quwain in the UAE.
