On July 1, Bitget launched the AI-driven smart trading assistant GetAgent. Currently, GetAgent is open to users with invitation codes, which can be applied for through Bitgets official channels.
According to Bitget’s official introduction, GetAgent has the following core features:

Although since last year, with the improvement of AI such as ChatGPT and Deepseek, many traders have begun to create and train their own AI trading assistants, an AI assistant embedded in an exchange is more attractive. On the one hand, it provides the convenience of one-stop monitoring, analysis, strategy execution and one-click trading. On the other hand, GetAgent is connected to the real-time trading data of the Bitget Exchange, and the reference data is more comprehensive and more available, which is naturally more accurate and timely than third-party tools.
In addition, GetAgent, as an important part of Bitgets AI strategy, was deployed earlier than other crypto exchanges. Currently, among the mainstream exchanges, only Bybit launched an AI trading assistant with similar functions last year, but it is more inclined to market analysis and technical indicator analysis, and cannot provide customized and personalized services to users.
What is the user experience of GetAgent? To what extent can it help users trade? This article will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of GetAgent from different dimensions based on several core features listed by the official.
Assessment 1: Professional tool integration and technical analysis capabilities
Test question 1: Please analyze the current price trend of ETH in real time and predict the trend in the next 4 hours. (Test time: July 9, 17:41)

GetAgent provides a price analysis of a certain currency, including the current market overview, technical indicators (including EMA, MACD, KDJ, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, etc.), clear support and resistance levels, and finally gives take-profit and stop-loss points based on the two styles of steady and aggressive, and finally makes relevant risk operation suggestions.
Compared with the vague judgments provided by other AI tools, GetAgent is very friendly to novices and short-term players. It should be reminded here that any external advice has certain risks. It is recommended that traders, especially novices, test the winning rate with a small amount before taking a large position. But based on my personal test results in the past few days, GetAgents winning rate is higher than my personal judgment based on pure feelings. In addition, in the dialogue of this test question, I asked about the current long-short ratio data of BTC. GetAgent helped me retrieve the latest contract position data of the Bitget platform, and provided sentiment conversion and historical comparative analysis, which better helped users see the essence through the data and provide more comprehensive suggestions.
Assessment 2: Intelligence and personalization capabilities

GetAgent can obtain the users crypto asset holding information, selected currency list, transaction history, risk preference and other data. Based on this, GetAgent can do a lot, such as:
Analyze the current asset portfolio and provide specific stop-profit and stop-loss insights and suggestions.
Based on past trading habits, recommend a short-term or long-term trading strategy suitable for the current market.
Analyze the selected currencies, provide the recent news and related investment strategy suggestions for the currencies in the watch list (will give a specific buying price range, and find out the undervalued currencies that are suitable for adding positions now).

In addition to the above problems, you can also develop more. In short, GetAgent can combine the traders own habits and positions to provide more professional market analysis and trading suggestions, saving the trouble of watching the market and collecting information, especially for novices.
Evaluation 3: Interactive experience and usability
GetAgent is a conversational interactive AI that resides in the Bitget Common Functions area for easy access by users. In addition, there are corresponding entrances on the asset page, spot K-line page, and Onchain currency page, which can be used in different scenarios.

In addition, GetAgent is smarter in understanding context than other AI assistants. By analyzing the conversation history and understanding the context, it can give more accurate answers based on the users needs.
GetAgent’s advantage lies in fast transactions. Because it is embedded in the exchange application, after making a quick analysis of a currency, traders do not need to switch to other interfaces, and can let GetAgent buy or sell directly. For example, you can send spend 20 USDT to buy BTC, and GetAgent will create an order through flash exchange. Users only need to check and confirm the transaction on the current page, which greatly improves transaction efficiency.
However, it is worth noting that currently GetAgent can only help users conduct spot transactions and cannot process requests related to contract transactions.
Assessment 4: Self-evolution and learning ability
Test question: Based on the question about ETH price trend in Evaluation 1, I asked GetAgent to adjust the ETH trading strategy 24 hours later. The answer is as follows:
GetAgent made a historical analysis of yesterdays inquiries, verified and corrected its own tests yesterday one by one, and gave corresponding adjustment suggestions. It is not difficult to see that GetAgent can basically optimize suggestions in multiple interactions with users, and gradually and continuously output more accurate and more appropriate decision support.
