Last week, Zenlink announced that it will cooperate with Moonbeam, Terra, Multichain, Frax Finance, Axelar Network and Nomad to launch Hybrid AMM and the first 4pool in the Polkadot ecosystem.。
This matter should be emphasized. At this stage, Terra is playing a big game, building an ecology around UST, and it is no longer limited to the Terra application chain itself.
At present, the giant of stable currency is still Curve. It also ranks first in DeFi with a volume of more than 20 billion US dollars in TVL. It is one of the core projects of DeFi. Curve mainly adopts the 3pool method.
Terra put forward a new proposal in April, proposing to introduce a new gold standard 4pool for stablecoin liquidity to expand the liquidity of stablecoins。
According to the proposal, 4pool is a new curve pool composed of UST, FRAX, USDC, and USDT. Terra and Frax Finance will use Curve to concentrate stablecoin liquidity in 4 pools on each major chain.
And this kind of application direction is in line with the positioning of Zenlink in the Polkadot ecosystem, so there is this strong alliance to promote the wide adoption of Zenlink Hybrid AMM and the first 4pool standard in the Dotsama ecosystem. for the benefit of users.
