Moonriver is the second parachain to win the Kusama slot. The sudo module is currently being removed, making Moonriver a fully decentralized network. Later, transfer and EVM functions will be enabled through governance! Estimated time in September!
Shiden is the third parachain to win the Kusama slot. At present, the distribution of crowdloan rewards has just been completed, and then the PoA network will be gradually converted to a decentralized PoS network, and the transfer function will be enabled through governance (expected at the end of August), and the ink! and EVM contract functions and DApp Staking functions will be launched successively , is expected to be completed in late August to early September!
Khala is the fourth parachain to win the Kusama slot. At present, the distribution of rewards has just been completed, and it is preparing to enter the stage of on-chain governance. It is expected to complete the TEE test before the end of August, complete the TEE mining launch in September, complete the third phase of account transfer and democratic governance before the end of September, and start in October The fourth stage and online privacy function!

Moonriver is the second parachain to win the Kusama slot. The overall launch is divided into 5 stages, and 3 stages have been completed so far. It has transitioned from a centralized network to the opening of the governance function, and the super authority sudo module is being removed. During this period, the Staking module is also launched (currently only moonbeam foundation beta), and open applications for 32 collector slots to the community! details as follows:
Phase 0: Access to Kusama slot (Completed ✅ )
Phase 1: Upgrade to a delegated proof-of-stake network, open 32 collator slots, and launch the Staking function (currently only tested by the Moonbeam Foundation) (completed ✅ )
Phase 2: Open on-chain governance function (Completed ✅ )
Phase 3: Remove the sudo module and become a fully decentralized network (in progress ⌛️, expected to be completed on August 26, 2021)

Shiden is the third parachain to receive the Kusama slot. Its launch is divided into 9 stages, and 3 stages have been completed so far, that is, the distribution of crowdloan rewards has been completed! Details are as follows:
Phase 1: Upgrade the Shiden runtime version to match the latest Kusama version (completed ✅)
The second stage: enable the batch call module, adjust the transaction fee for batch distribution of tokens and enable the batch distribution module (completed ✅)
The third stage: Kusama PLO reward distribution, distribution of auction contribution rewards through the vesting pallet (completed ✅)
Phase 4: Aura PoA collator phase, a small number of licensed validators join the network to guarantee basic block production (in progress)
The fifth stage: Aura PoS collator stage, transforming from PoA to a decentralized PoS network, no licensed validators join the network and start network inflation and block rewards (to be completed, expected to be completed in late August)

Khala
Phase 9: Launch DApp Staking function and portal (to be completed, expected to be completed from late August to early September)
Khala is the fourth parachain to win the Kusama slot! The launch of the Khala mainnet is divided into 4 stages, namely the Triassic stage, the Jurassic stage, the Cretaceous stage and the Holocene stage! If it is divided according to the online function, a simple understanding of these four stages is:
Triassic Phase: Auction Phase - Gusuring a Successful Bid for Kusama's Slot (Completed)
Jurassic stage: semi-centralized stage - issuing rewards, converting ERC20 tokens to Khala mainnet coins, and preparing for on-chain governance (preparing for council work)
Cretaceous stage: Governance stage - remove sudo super management authority, referendum launch TEE miner system, open PHA transfer
As of the publication, Khala has entered the second stage, which is to complete the distribution of K-PHA rewards to previous contributors and testnet miners, and launched a one-way cross-chain bridge from Ethereum to Khala. On July 24, the Phala web-side wallet app.phala.network was launched, and the Khala Crowdloan and testnet reward distribution (about 26 million PHAs) were completed. Users can complete the reward collection through this wallet.
The Khala smart contract bridge passed the CertiK security audit, and the Ethereum-Khala bridge (https://app.phala.network/bridge) was opened on August 6 to realize the migration of PHA from the Ethereum network to the Khala network. The Phala team has completed the established token migration plan: 88.3 million ERC20 PHAs are transferred to the Khala bridge contract, and the current PHA circulation is 197.8 million.
