Sky plans to connect Ethereum and Base liquidity layers through the Osero upgrade and integrate the Gauntlet USDC vault

Odaily reports: According to a proposal on the Sky ecosystem forum, the Sky protocol plans to implement multiple adjustments in the Osero Spell on November 19, connecting the Osero liquidity layer on the Ethereum mainnet and Base, and enabling cross-chain USDC transfers through Circle's Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP). It is reported that this upgrade plan will integrate the Osero x Gauntlet USDC Prime Vault (Morpho Vault V2) managed by Gauntlet on Base, with an initial allocation of USDC funds. The proposal involves a total of 7 adjustments on the Ethereum mainnet and Base, including enabling CCTP functionality on both chains, configuring cross-chain USDC transfer limits, setting up a permission management mechanism on the Base side, and integrating the USDC vault.
