Meta plans to issue $15 billion in dollar-denominated bonds

Odaily reports that Meta plans to raise approximately $15 billion through a dollar-denominated bond issuance, which is part of its cross-border bond financing. Earlier reports indicated that Meta plans to raise at least $20 billion in total through dollar- and euro-denominated bond offerings, and the financing scale may be further expanded depending on investor demand.
