South Korean media: Bithumb and two other South Korean financial institutions hacked, over 38,000 customers' information leaked

Odaily reports that South Korean crypto exchange Bithumb, Mirae Asset Management, and Daishin Securities have all confirmed they were hacked, and relevant authorities are assessing the incident.

Among them, Daishin Securities stated this morning that the attack resulted in the leak of personal information and credit information of 38,490 customers. Currently, the specific scope of impact for Bithumb and Mirae Asset Management has not yet been disclosed. (Yonhap)
