User funds unaffected, Solflare staking validator suspends reward distribution

Odaily reports: According to Solflare monitoring, Solflare stated that a security incident occurred with its staking service provider, affecting the keys held for its validator, and that validator is currently no longer generating staking rewards. Solflare said that user funds were not affected, and the delegated SOL remains in users' own staking accounts and is controlled by user keys. Solflare will guide users to migrate to a new validator through an app update, rewards will resume once staking is activated, and it plans to compensate migrating users.
