Clearpool Expands to XRP Ledger, CPOOL to Migrate 1:1 to CLEAR

Odaily reports that Clearpool has released its 2026 v4.0 protocol whitepaper. The institutional credit protocol will expand to the XRP Ledger in partnership with Ripple and Cicada Partners, with settlement conducted in the regulated stablecoin RLUSD. CPOOL will migrate 1:1 to the new token CLEAR. CLEAR will have a total supply of 1.429 billion tokens, with 1.125 billion (78.75%) in circulation at the time of migration. The migration and XRPL expansion have passed a Snapshot vote with 97.16% approval.
