Binance will support the VELODROME token merger into Aerodrome and the AERO contract swap

Odaily reports: According to an official announcement, Binance will support the plan to merge Velodrome Finance (VELODROME) tokens into Aerodrome (AERO) and the AERO contract swap.

Binance will cease trading and remove all existing VELODROME spot trading pairs (VELODROME/USDT) at 11:00 on November 03, 2026 (UTC+8), and will automatically cancel all open orders; trading of existing AERO spot trading pairs will not be affected.

Binance will suspend deposits and withdrawals of old AERO tokens at 11:30 on November 03, 2026 (UTC+8). Note: Old AERO tokens deposited after this time will not be credited, so please deposit in advance; after the contract swap is completed, Binance will make a separate announcement regarding the opening times for deposits and withdrawals of the new AERO tokens.
