Kalshi Says U.S. State Regulation of Prediction Markets Could Force It to Move Overseas

Odaily: Tarek Mansour, CEO of prediction market company Kalshi, said that if U.S. courts side with states claiming gambling regulatory authority over such businesses, Kalshi would be forced to move overseas.
