South Korea Blocks 27 Unregistered Crypto Platform Websites, Including KuCoin, MEXC, and Others

Odaily News: South Korea's Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) stated that the relevant deliberative body has decided to block domestic access to or terminate services for the websites of 27 unregistered virtual asset service providers, including platforms such as KuCoin, MEXC, BingX, Phemex, and BitMart. Previously, related restrictions already covered their app downloads, installations, and updates, and this time the scope has been expanded to websites. The FIU has reported 44 unregistered operators to investigative authorities and will continue to block alternative URLs.
