South Korea's KOSPI index extends decline to over 4%

According to Gate data, South Korea's KOSPI index opened lower on Tuesday, October 13, and is currently down 4.49%, standing at 6,097.34 points. SK Hynix and Samsung Electronics each fell more than 4%.
