US stocks closed with storage, optical communications, and computer hardware sectors declining

Odaily reports, according to MSX.COM data, U.S. stocks closed with mixed performance among popular tech stocks: Meta rose over 3%, Apple and Microsoft gained more than 1%, while Nvidia, Amazon, Tesla, and Broadcom each fell over 1%.

Additionally, storage, optical communications, and computer hardware sectors declined: Quantum dropped over 9%, Corning fell 6%, SanDisk declined nearly 6%, SK Hynix and Super Micro Computer dropped over 4%, and Micron Technology and Seagate Technology fell more than 3%.
