Odaily News: NEAR Protocol has announced that MyNearWallet, a non-custodial wallet in the NEAR ecosystem, will cease operations on October 31, and users will need to migrate to a new wallet or access method. NEAR Protocol emphasized that user assets remain stored on-chain and are not custodied by MyNearWallet, so the wallet's retirement will not affect the on-chain assets themselves. The official team recommends that users conduct a small test transaction before migrating and retain the original wallet recovery information until confirming that all balances have been transferred. MyNearWallet will gradually shift to migration and recovery functions going forward.
