World ID verifies real humans behind AI agents, with Okta and others already integrated
Odaily reports: World posted on X that as personal AI agents such as Meta's Muse, OpenAI's dots, and Instinct become more widespread, websites and services will increasingly verify requesting agents and whether they are initiated by real humans. World ID can store and verify proof of humanity through zero-knowledge proofs, verifying whether there is a real person behind an agent while protecting privacy, giving agents private, unique, and neutral characteristics.
Currently, Okta's Human Principal beta, Vercel's WorkflowSDK, Exa's free API credits, and Browserbase's website navigation have all integrated World ID to verify whether there is a real person behind an agent or confirm that a human approved a certain step.
