Gold fell 3.2%, to $4,139.79 per ounce

Odaily reports: According to the latest Gate data, the price of gold has fallen to $4,139.79 per ounce, with an intraday decline of 3.24%. The price of silver has dropped to $61.223 per ounce, with an intraday decline of 4.26%.

In the forex market, the US dollar fell 0.07% against the offshore Chinese yuan (USD/CNH) intraday, with the current exchange rate at 6.7153. The US dollar fell 0.03% against the Japanese yen (USD/JPY) intraday, with the current exchange rate at 157.156.

In global stock indices, the Euro Stoxx 50 Index (EUSTX50) rose 0.11% intraday, to 6,324.16 points; the UK FTSE 100 Index (UK100) fell 0.02% intraday, to 10,716.3 points; the German DAX 40 Index (GER40) fell 0.19% intraday, to 25,455.4 points.

In commodities, WTI crude oil rose 1.07% intraday, to $98 per barrel. Brent crude oil rose 0.59% intraday, to $103.93 per barrel.
