CoinMarketCap Completes Acquisition of Crypto Derivatives Data Platform Coinglass

Founded in 2019, Coinglass covers 28 exchanges and over 2,500 trading products, providing data on open interest, funding rates, liquidations, and options. It has more than 5 million monthly active users and over 10,000 API clients. Following the acquisition, CoinMarketCap will integrate Coinglass's derivatives data into its platform, offering information on market leverage positions, liquidation distribution, and funding rates to its 115 million monthly users. Coinglass will continue to operate as an independent business, with its website, app, free tools, API, and pricing remaining unchanged.
