If, as of September 30, 2026, OpenAI's private market valuation as published on the Nasdaq Private Market has reached or exceeded $975 billion, it will settle as "Yes"; otherwise, it will settle as "No."

If OpenAI completes an IPO or direct listing during this period, the listing pricing and post-listing public market capitalization will also be taken into account. Subsequent revisions to historical data by NPM are generally not counted, unless they are corrections of obvious data errors.
