Odaily reports: A periodic transaction report disclosed by the U.S. Office of Government Ethics shows that Trump reported purchasing $1,001 to $15,000 worth of Coinbase Class A shares on July 24, and purchasing $1,001 to $15,000 and $50,000 to $100,000 worth of Strategy Class A shares on July 24 and July 27, respectively; he had previously sold $1,001 to $15,000 worth of Strategy Class A shares on July 8. Periodic transaction reports are used to disclose the purchase, sale, or exchange of securities such as stocks.
Additionally, the report shows that Trump sold $15,000 to $50,000 worth of CleanSpark and MARA shares on July 29. The White House has previously stated that Trump's stock and bond portfolio is independently managed by third-party financial institutions, and that Trump and his family members cannot direct or influence specific investments or the timing of trades.
