Data: Only about 27 of the 535 U.S. congressmembers have disclosed holding crypto assets
Odaily reports that Jameson Lopp, co-founder of Casa, stated that BitcoinPoliticians, a crowdsourced open-source data project tracking government officials' crypto holdings, has completed a data update based on the latest publicly available financial disclosure filings from this year. The results show that of the 535 members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, only 5% have officially disclosed holding cryptocurrencies or related digital assets.
