Fee revenue drops 97%, Robinhood Chain daily fees fall to about $230,000
Odaily News: Robinhood Chain fee revenue dropped from about $8 million per day in early September to about $230,000 on September 16; transaction count fell from 13.1 million to 8.9 million, and the average fee per transaction dropped from $0.64 to $0.026. The 7-day average fee declined 82%, while transaction count fell 6%.
For the week ending September 16, DEX trading volume across the Robinhood ecosystem was about $13 billion, up 5% week-over-week; stablecoin supply fell 1% to about $1 billion. Over the past 24 hours, on-chain applications collectively collected about $8 million in fees and retained about $1.5 million in revenue. Token issuance platform Pons recorded about $616 million in trading volume for the week, down 37% week-over-week, with protocol revenue falling from $10.7 million to $5.8 million.
