AIA Ecosystem Fund Announces Four Updates to the AIA Ecosystem
Odaily reports: According to official sources, the AIA Ecosystem Fund has announced four updates to the AIA ecosystem, including the official launch of its product, alignment of token and equity value, execution of token burns and unlocks as planned, and the voiding of unvested tokens for terminated members.
On the product front, DeAgentAI's AI Token Smart Router officially launched to the public today, providing unified access to DeAgentAI's proprietary models and 38 mainstream third-party models, with support for model routing, API calls, and usage metering. Since its beta launch, the platform has served 8 B2B clients, processed over 54 million external model calls, and surpassed $1 million in monthly revenue.
Regarding token and equity value alignment, the AIA Ecosystem Fund stated that revenue generated by all DeAgentAI products and business lines, along with related intellectual property and value, will belong exclusively to the Foundation and be governed by $AIA holders, with equity investors no longer entitled to residual cash flows. Additionally, the previously disclosed buyback has been fully completed, and the repurchased tokens will be burned as planned.
The AIA Ecosystem Fund also stated that the 1-year lock-up period for investor, team, and advisor allocations has ended, entering a 3-year linear release period, consistent with the arrangement disclosed at launch; community, ecosystem, and staking allocations will still follow the original schedule. Former employees who departed normally will receive their allocations as agreed. However, given that certain former team members have engaged in serious illegal and criminal behavior, the AIA Ecosystem Fund explicitly stated a zero-tolerance policy toward any actions that harm the interests of the project and community. Any team member terminated due to misconduct or actions detrimental to the project's interests will have their unvested $AIA immediately voided, and the company reserves the right to pursue criminal liability.
