Odaily News: NYSE Arca has submitted a rule change filing to the US SEC, seeking to list binary KPI options. The product uses key operating metrics from corporate earnings reports as its underlying benchmarks and employs an all-or-nothing binary cash settlement method.

The first batch is proposed to include 23 companies, covering Coinbase's transaction revenue, trading volume, and subscription revenue, as well as Marathon Digital Holdings' Bitcoin production, holdings, and hash rate, among other metrics. The product allows investors to trade on individual earnings metrics, with a mechanism that bears some similarity to prediction markets.
